Associate Fashion Designer
• Minimum 2-3 years of design experience in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of pre-production processes.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organization.
• Willingness to travel overseas preferred.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus.
Assistant Fashion/Textile Designer
• Minimum 1 year of design experience in the fashion industry.
• Assist in developing and modifying textile print and embroidery design
• Provide flat sketches/CADS in Illustrator (proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Assist design team with organizing samples, fabrics, follow-ups
• Work closely with the design team to ensure accurate execution of prints/patterns/artwork
• Communicate with vendors and mills to follow up on sample and fabric development.
• Maintain an organized digital and physical archive of textile designs.
• Prior experience in textile design or fashion is a plus.
Trade Show Sales Representative
• Must be available for domestic travel to trade shows such as Magic (Vegas, Nashville, NY, and Miami), as well as events in Atlanta and Dallas. (Some weekend and holiday travel may be required.)
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Highly motivated, personable, and able to build strong relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible for buyer follow-ups and processing orders from trade shows.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to new procedures.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and lists efficiently.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of handling daily multitasking demands.
• Must be able to lift and transport trade show supplies and furniture as needed.
