Package Designer
Job Description:
Beauty Brand is seeking a Package Designer that can create packaging concepts for our beauty products.
The designer will work with Art Director for packaging in Beauty/ Skin / Facial Care/ Spa and Wellness.
Required Skills / Experience:
• Beauty, Cosmetic and/or Skin Care design experience is MUST.
• Luxurious, Sophisticated and Refined design aesthetic
• Ability to work from concept through final completion (4C Process Printing)
• Ability to visually work with typography, create comps or mock-ups and retouch
• Able to effectively work a wide range of projects simultaneously, by quickly grasping objectives and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Packaging Design experience in the design field preferred
• Printing Production Art Work Capability
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign in Mac (Required).
• Must be in legal status to work in U.S.

Compensation: $30 - $34 per hour – DOE
New Product Development / Purchasing
Responsibilities:
The creation and sourcing of new beauty care products and accessories, working with purchasing, sales, and design departments, and constant market research for new market trend and ideas.
Required Skills / Experience:
• Must have Buying Experience in K-BEAUTY industry required (please list previous history and explain in detail in resume).
• Must know Excel, Outlook and Word and type at proficient WPM.
• Good communication skills with both overseas and domestic vendors/manufacturers.
• Must be in legal status to work in U.S.

• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
• Compensation: $25 ~ $28 per Hour – DOE
Web / Social Media Expert
Responsibilities:
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Create sophisticated / Upscale design & marketing contents: Home Page, Banner / Display ads, Facebook / INS ads
• Develop and Communicate with influencers, followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Shoot and edit lifestyle and product images for Social media
• Ensure timely delivery of assets for web and advertisements.
• Editing photo and video skills: Highly Preferred.
• Upload the new products on Web and SNS
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Analytical and multitasking Skills
Required Skills / Experience:
• Beauty / Skin Care / Personal Care Product Knowledge - MUST!!
• Friendly, pleasant attitude to work with
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Proven work experiences Big Commerce & Shopify Sales Platform

• Assisting in the creation of quotation sheets, item sheets, display programs, and general sales support.

Qualifications:
• Previous Warehouse Experience MUST!
