(1) SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER ($65,000 - $75,000 per year)

• Conduct product overview presentations to trade and industry professionals and commercial end-users such as distributors, fabricators and builders.
•Initiate sample distribution to targeted customers and key market segments.
• Facilitate distributors, fabricators and builders with product knowledge, account strategies, territory planning and marketing responsibilities to ensure a high level of satisfaction is maintained.
• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets through various sales strategies and promotions.
• Research and report the market trends, product innovations and pricing changes to the management.
• Become actively involved in new business developments and distributor’s sales training programs.
• Act as a resource to distributors, fabricators and builders in contract opportunities and proposals.
• Assist distributors and fabricators with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for accounts.
• Keep informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to distributors and fabricators.
•Check on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining distributors and fabricators and assisting them in attaining new accounts.
• Answer questions from distributors, fabricators and builders, and handle various types of complaints.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Business Trip (up to 70%)
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent number of experience
• A minimum of 2 years of sales, spec experience, germane experience with architectural or relevant products
• Hold valid driver’s license for business trips
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Professional related training or certification a plus
TRAVEL
Approximately 70% of travel may be expected. Travel is primarily out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
(2) SALES OPERATIONS ($55,000 - $65,000 per year)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Closely work with sales team and initiate/monitor purchase order (PO), sample order (SO), delivery order (DO) processing using the system.
• Contact customers/distributors through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailing, and fax to communicate about orders; review PSI and identify revenue opportunities through the assigned customers.
• Monitor credit limit of assigned accounts and release DO accordingly.
• Daily inventory and transaction confirmation with warehouse vendors.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, outsourcing vendors and HQ (production) to facilitate business developments.
• Keep sales and management informed of all activity.
• Take care of accounts receivable (AR); check billing status and communicate with customers.
• Initiate and monitor delivery arrangements through a third party logistics companies/warehouses.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but work with colleagues in Staron team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent number of experience
• Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience with B2B inside sales
• Hold valid driver’s license for business trips
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Bilingual in Korean Required
TRAVEL
Approximately 5% of overnight travel may be expected. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
(3) Accountant II/III ($53,000 - $65,000 per year)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Prepare accounting records, including financial statement and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department.
• Report to the account manager/CFO the finances of the organization.
• Establish records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts.
• Document and ensure keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting.
• Accounts payables review and issue checks bi-weekly.
• Accounts receivables management and over-due report in a timely manner.
• Assist and provide supports accounting manager for month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing.
• Monitor credit limit management and communicate with sales personnel in that regards.
• Monitor asset management.
• Design and conduct expense and business travel guideline and necessary trainings for employees.
• Communicate with HQ accounting/finance team.
• Assist various reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent number of experience
• Looking for 2yrs-6yrs of experience
• Hold valid driver’s license for business trips
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Professional accounting training or certification a plus
