Position: Production Assistant
Starting Wages: $20/ hr
Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Reports directly to the Production manager
• Support both design and product development teams
• Extremely organization and must have the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Highly interested in women’s fashion and is an open learner to new products and trends
Additional Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
• Graduation from High School or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)
Position: Merchandising Assistant
Starting Wages: $22/ hr
Responsibilities:
• Administrative support includes inputting style information into our ERP database, sending purchase orders to vendors, and email communication to other departments.
• Prepare for purchase order meetings and provide accurate product information to other departments as needed.
• Generate product life cycle reports sorted by top to bottom sellers, price point, and product categories. These would be generated weekly and monthly followed up by line sheets.
• Additional responsibilities include occasionally assisting the Trade Show, Design and Production departments.
Additional Requirements:
• Associate of Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business Administration or Other Business related majors
• Minimum of 2 years of Fashion Retail/Wholesale Experience
• Flexible and adaptable to organizational changes
• Passion and love for fashion
• Stays up to date with current business and fashion trends
• High attention to detail
• Team Player and Organizational mindset
• Bilingual English and Korean (Intermediate Korean is acceptable.)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Position: Social Media Sales Assistant
Starting Wages: $22/ hr
Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Co-Host Live Shows with the Social Media Sales Manager
• Sample preparation and rehearsals for live shows
• Prepare, shoot and edit content to post across all social media platforms
• Organization of photos, videos and other assets
• Continually research social media trends and find opportunities to increase engagement
• Be able to produce and follow through with the vision of the Social Media Sales Managers content strategies and ideas
• Provide customer service and follow up on comments and Dm’s
• Must be skilled with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and various other social media platforms
• Must be skilled with Adobe Photoshop
• Must be skilled with editing software such as CapCut
• Must be skilled in the usage of all Microsoft (Word/Excel) and other programs defined by Umgee
• Excellent time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with team
• Interest in fashion, particularly women’s fashion, and agile at learning new products and trends
Additional Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a social media coordinator or social media management supporting role.
