Accountant staff
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in providing comprehensive accounting services and managing commercial properties for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• General ledger accounting and work paper preparation
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows.
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure all accounts are balanced.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports by gathering and analyzing data.
• Process payroll management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
• Prepare payroll taxes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle other job-related duties as assigned by the accounting department.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a CPA Office or relevant accounting environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong communication skills.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Experience with payroll management, and general ledger reconciliation is highly preferred.
