The key accountabilities of the role include.
E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT
• Making sure style photos are all ready to upload
• Manage and upload contents to our website and FashionGo
• Basic Adobe Illustrator and Photo Shop knowledge
• Prepare new samples for studio shooting and trade show
• Check inventory and update stock on website
• Direct mail, web page layout, advertisement, e-blast and social media
• No experience needed but plus
$20.00 and up depends on experience and qualification
DESIGN TEAM ASSISTANT
• Support the team to meet deadlines to seasonal collections and product lines
• Assist and receive sample shipments and check-in to system daily
• Maintain and organize samples
• Prep swatch requests and check fabric inventory
• Take photos of samples
• Keep team organized
• Self-starter and solution seeker
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and efficient
• Minimum one year experience in previous work or internship in related field
•Degree in Fashion Design preferred
$20.00 and up depends on experience and qualification
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
• Manage and organize the sample flow
• Assist in production development and follow up samples
• Capable of multitasking, being proactive, anticipating problems and addressing issues in a timely manner
• Manage communication with vendors – sampling, color standards, and QC issues
• Communicate with vender in China
• Degree in Fashion Design preferred
• 1 Year of experience is plus not require
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred

TRADE SHOW SALES ASSISTANT
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Assist team with all aspects of trade shows
• Sample Prep, during and post
• Able to travel frequently
• Fluent in English
