1.Assistant Accounting / HR
Job Description:
The Assistant Accountant/HR role will support the finance and human resources departments by managing day-to-day accounting tasks and HR operations. Responsibilities include managing financial records, assisting in payroll processing, and supporting recruitment and employee relations.
Annual Salary Range: $50K-$60K
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and assist with tax filings
• Support payroll processing and employee benefits management
• Assist in HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting and/or HR (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Assistant Warehouse Manager
Job Description:
The Assistant Warehouse Manager will assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supervising warehouse staff. You will ensure the efficient flow of goods, manage stock levels, and contribute to process improvements.
Annual Salary Range: $45K-$55K
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Assist with logistics planning and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure safety and compliance in the warehouse
• Implement improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management software or ERP systems
• Ability to handle physical demands and fast-paced environments
3. Warehouse Associate
Job Description:
The Warehouse Staff will be responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will ensure proper inventory management, pack and ship products, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Annual Salary Range: $40K-$45K
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload, inspect, and store incoming goods
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems is a plus
