► Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Export Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics tasks efficiently.
► Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire ocean and air export process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Handle export customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise.
► Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export operations within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
