Apparel Production Associate.
• Assist in overseeing and coordinating product manufacturing activities.
• Support production data analysis to track progress and productivity.
• Help prepare work schedules and assign tasks to staff members.
• Maintain and optimize Production SOPs and help implement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with sourcing/production teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the production calendar and attend cross-functional meetings to track progress.
• Research supplier innovations and assist in new product development.
• Help manage cost and margin data for fabric, construction, and assortment changes.
• Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and manage daily operations.
• Coordinate tech packs, track purchase orders, and ensure product compliance.
Apparel Production Assistant
• Updating the data that is needed from the production department to our ERP system
• Create and follow up on the purchase order
• Generally providing administrative support to the production department
• Order the tickets and labels according to the buyer guide
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Fashion Designer Assistant
• Collaborate closely with the Fashion Designer to conceptualize and sketch design ideas for new collections.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, styles, and fabrics that resonate with our target audience.
• Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using design software or traditional methods.
• Help prepare mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations for design reviews and approvals. Contribute to developing sample garments, including patternmaking.
• Participate in fittings and adjustments to ensure garments fit accurately and meet design specifications.
• Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories from suppliers and maintaining records of materials.
• Support the design team in administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, preparing design documents, data entry, and managing design achieves.
• Assist the Creative Director in tasks assigned to them.
Pay: From $19 per hour
Fashion Designer
• Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.
• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques and seeking design inspiration.
• Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, edit the line, and create new concepts.
• Ensuring the product is in agreement with the business strategy.
• Selecting fabrics and trims.
• Creating production sketches for development packages.
• Collaborating with technical designers to ensure development packages are accurate.
• Reviewing product for style and fit during the presentation.
Pay: $62,400.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Fit Technician
• Guides and monitors the fit process to ensure “intended fit” is met.
• Proactive approach to QC and evaluates potential QC issues pre-season and again at sample stages.
• Attending and leading fit sessions to relay fit comments to our overseas factories and ensure it is accurately executed.
• Involved in the final development stage of the products daily, checking the garments' fitting, measurements, and workmanship.
• Communicates daily with domestic & international vendors to supplement sourcing strategy, enhancing respected relationships for combined growth.
• Assesses vendor base performance related to fits to allocate appropriately based on strengths and quality.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Accounting
• Check the daily report with the ERP system.
• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments and closed invoices accordingly.
• Communicate with clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities both in incoming payments and invoices.
• Researching and resolving any account discrepancies
• Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting clients via email and telephone
• Communicate and resolve all discrepancies and chargebacks with the internal dept.
• Maintaining databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
• Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Depending on the situation, other work will be added
Pay: $66K + per year
