We are an Asian beauty expert group who are expertized in B2B distribution, brand marketing, eCommerce and Amazon in North America. Be part of our beauty expert group for our big Korean Beauty and Japanese Beauty brands who are one of the fastest growing in beauty industry.

1. B2B Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Prepare sales pitching decks, pricing and conduct presentations.
• Collaborate with the brand marketing and eCommerce team to align sales strategies
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on sales activities and results.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (experiences in beauty industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and an understanding of the needs of beauty professionals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• A passion for training and communication
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-growing corporate environment
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred

2. Assistant Manager of Operation/Logistics
Responsibilities
• Manage B2B order processing
• Manage and supervise overall order fulfilment
• Inventory control
• Support purchasing and import process

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong logistics experience in order management, import, logistics and inventory management: Minimum 2 year
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A passion for training and communication
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-growing corporate environment
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred

3. Controller
Responsibilities
• Developing internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.
• Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Establishing and maintaining financial controls with the accounting department.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis.
• Creating budgets and forecasts.
• Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Providing support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters.
• Creating reports that help senior leadership understand company financials.
• Being responsible for the company general ledger.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience in accounting or a related field.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking.
• Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
• Proven experience in financial project management.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.
• Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand.
• Knowledge of federal regulation on taxes and reporting.
• Deep understanding of finance.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred

4. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data input tasks, including entering product information, sales data, and customer details into our eCommerce platforms and internal databases.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as required by management.

Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on data entry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data entry software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred
