E-Commerce Specialist

Olivaceous LA is a young contemporary wholesale clothing brand located in Downtown Los Angeles. This role will include:

•Website maintenance consistently managed on all platforms

• Oversee e-commerce dept, daily tasks/goals/deadlines etc.

• Communicate with individual departments in coordinating any updates and changes on status of styles/inventory

• Provide support to the company’s sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed.

• Work with the sales team on new product launches and pre-orders

• Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers

• Direct mail, web page layout, advertisements, e-blast etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Experience with N41 and Faire Wholesale/FashionGo/Magento

• Previous experience as an E-commerce specialist or similar role preferred

• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail

• Basic Illustrator and Photoshop capabilities

• Punctuality is important to you

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

At least 1-2 years of e-commerce experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8:00am -5:00 (Mon-Fri)

$60,000 and UP
