About the Role:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to prepare, coordinate, and manage the movement of equipment from our establishment. You will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distribution and collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a hunger for maintaining a high organizational aptitude when handling the logistics of shipments. We’re looking for an optimistic self-starter who is detail oriented and meticulous in their work. This is a full-time, onsite position at our office located in Cerritos, CA reporting to the Logistics Manager.


Essential Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule shipments with freight carriers based on product availability and customer requests.
- Work with other coordinators to ensure orders are being processed effectively and on time.
- Confirm important data and verify information accuracy on various shipping documents.
- Coordinate special shipping requests with the warehouse team.
- Follow up with vendors for shipping issues and discrepancies.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries (e.g. UPS, FedEx, Freight).
- Assist with purchasing and inventory or supply management.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders.
- Respond to logistics-related inquiries from other departments.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits and inventory counts.


Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Calendar
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Type minimum 30+ WPM


Bonus Qualifications:

- Bilingual Korean preferred

We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support our Software Integrations & Development team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience working with strict deadlines and budgets in a corporate setting.

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Support the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate project tasks and resources, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team and stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
- Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Help prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support budget tracking and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and resource management.


Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be bilingual in English and Korean
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiastic about learning and applying new skills in a practical setting.


Bonus Qualifications:

- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Previous internship or work experience in project management or a related field.
