▶  Finance Division - Accounting Part (Accountant) –Staff (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
• Management in day-to-day administrative, accounting, and office operation support
• Maintenance and oversight of office operations
• Preparation and review of operational and accounting data reports
• Analysis of internal processes
• Development and implementation of administrative policy changes
• Support business planning
• Account management/Sales support
• Other duties assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related fields
• Experience 2~3 years in Accounting / Business Planning / Progress Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks applications
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
Salary Range: $40K - $55K

▶  SCM (Logistic Part) – Staff (Full Time)
Responsibilities: 
• Plan medium and long-term logistics center based on business plans.
• Conduct preliminary research in logistics center areas and set up distribution centers and regional distribution centers.
• Manage transportation routes and design a simplified Transportation Management System.
• Identify and carry out the bidding process for third-party logistics companies.
• Manage logistics costs and work on optimizing operations for cost reduction.
• Focus on identifying inefficiencies in the supply chain management from a logistics perspective and maximizing cost savings.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of logistics management and planning skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning
• Experience with 3PL companies is preferred
• Strong commitment to cost reduction initiatives
Salary Range: $40K - $55K

▶ Human Resources Part – Staff 
Responsibilities:
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Assists a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts, and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

▶ Finance (Accounting Part) – Staff (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
• Support Accounting Manager on day-to-day data preparations
• Handling of day-to-day accounting duties, including but not limited to A/R, A/P, Invoicing, Sales journals, reconciliation of data, and office tasks
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be proactive and responsible for work and personal actions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
• Experience with account ERP required (i.e. Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

▶  Marketing (Marketing Part) – Staff (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
• Strategize, manage, and optimize our performance marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more) for acquisition and retention across our various business units.
• Craft communications strategy for influencers that support positive relationships with both organic and paid influencers and growth in brand awareness, equity, and performance.
• Managing Amazon advertising campaigns and listing maintenance/optimization
• Manage the entire paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal ROAS.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
• Track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget
• Coordinating all influencers' giveaways to launch cross-functional digital promotions
• Stay on top of the always-evolving social media landscape, from industry news to emerging technology
• Manage our social media accounts (responding to customer messages/comments accordingly) on all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Work with in-house graphic designers to create organic and paid social media campaigns across all platforms
• Track digital marketing trends within our industry and ideate campaigns revolving around these trends
• Manage Google advertising account (search, shopping, and display ads)
• Report social media campaign activities and results to management on a regular basis
• Help coordinate influencer marketing activities by researching appropriate influencers that align with our brand/product and reaching out regarding potential collaborations

Performance Marketing:
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for assigned brands across various Amazon advertising channels (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, etc.)
• Manage campaign budgets, optimize bids and targeting, and analyze performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation
• Create compelling amazon product listings that capture attention and convert clicks into sales
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, brand, content) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon advertising trends and best practices, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve campaign performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook Ads, and more
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies
Copywriting:
• Develop persuasive and engaging copy for digital ads, email marketing campaigns, website content, blog posts, and social media platforms
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral
• Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, market trends, and industry-specific terminology
• Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in relevant fields (digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing)
• Knowledge in Shopify usage (preferred)
• Experience in strategy, building, and scaling acquisition and retention channels
• Thorough understanding of social media
• Management of technical tools and implementation of testing opportunities

Responsibilities:
• Manage Online Platform (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)
• High literacy in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Shipstation, ShipHawk
• Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
• Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
• Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms
• Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)
• Be responsible at individual actions.

Education and Experience Requirements
