업무 내용
• (영업관리) 인보이스 발행, 영업관리, 물류와 협업
• (영업) 고객사 방문영업, 고객사 대응, 영업 목표치 달성, 채권 회수 관리
• (AR/AP) AR/AP Status 관리 및 퀵북 장부 관리, AR 회수 및 AP 적정성 확인
• (인사총무) 회사 내 Admin 업무 총괄 및 HR업무 보조 / IT 관리
• (영업) 고객사 방문영업, 고객사 대응, 영업 목표치 달성, 채권 회수 관리
• (신규사업) 신규사업 발굴, 관련 자료 탐색 및 분석
• (전 포지션 공통) 기재 사항 외 회사가 부여하는 업무 수행
필수사항 및 우대사항
• 포지션에 관련한 학사 학위 소지자 우대
• 문서 작성 및 소통에 문제 없는 영어 한국어 구사능력 필수
• MS office (MS excel in particular) 활용 능력 필수
• Quickbooks 사용 능통자 우대
• 조직 내 협업과 건강한 조직문화에 기여 필수
• (영업관리)무역업무 경험자 우대
• (인사총무) IT 관리스킬(전산유지보수 업체와 협업, Admin 계정 관리, 사내 IT이슈 해결)
• (신규사업) 농업관련사업 경력 우대
Position Title: Multiple Position Full-time (Entry ~ 5 years of related experience)
Sales Admin, AR/AP Manage, Office Admin, Sales Representative, New Biz Development (Agricultural Business Background Preferred)
Each Position $45K ~ $52K / Year or negotiable for experienced candidates
Location: City of Industry, CA

Roles & Responsibilities
• (Sales Admin) Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders
• (AR/AP)Manage AR/AP status and update QuickBooks. AR Collection and AP review and process
• (Office Admin) General Office Admin / HR Assistance / IT management
• (Sales) Develop, maintain, and network business and customer relationships
• (Sales) Effectively arrange price schedules for quotes, promotions, and business negotiations
• (Sales) Effectively answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• (Sales) Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients
• (Sales) Fulfill all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing sales goals for all accounts
• (New Biz) Find opportunity, Search and analysis of info and data
• (All Position) Other assigned duties
Requirements (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Experience in relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Korean
• Knowledge and experience with Quick Book software and MS office (MS excel in particular)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and networking skills
• Exceptional understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proactive and passionate learner with collaboration and team-building skills
• (Sales Admin) Import/Export experience.
• (Office Admin) IT management Skill(Cooperate with IT managing outsourcing, manage Admin account, IT Issue handling)
• (New Biz) Experience in Agricultural business or relevant field is preferred
