Job Location:  Mid-Wilshire Area, Los Angeles, CA

Job Duties:

  • Review, verify and enter invoices

  • Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments

  • Process employees expense reimbursement

  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding payment status, invoice requests, and inquiries as needed

  • Reconcile bank accounts

  • Perform account reconciliation for credit card transactions

  • Other AP/AR related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Korean) required

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

  • Perform human Resources related tasks

  • Generate memos, email, and reports when appropriate

  • Answer incoming calls for our executive officer and assume other secretarial duties when needed

  • Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies

  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

  • Manage and maintain various types of company asset, including copy machines and fax machines.  

  • General bookkeeping

  • Record payroll data in our software system and verity all amounts prior to reporting to management

  • Be available to serve in backup capacity for other Administrative Functions

Requirements

  1. Customer Relations

  • Respond to customer inquiries in emails (Complaint/Compliment/Suggestion)
