Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all areas of accounting including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, banking reconciliations, payroll
• Prepare monthly J/E account analysis, forecast budgets and financial statement preparation
• Reporting to headquarter of daily journal, weekly cash report , monthly report, quarterly report
• GST filing of Canada sales tax return
Qualifications
• Experince of 3~5 years of Accounting and/or Office Operation experience prefer.
• Proficient in verbal and writing communication skills
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Excels
• Can work independently, responsibly
• Excellent organizational and multi-task skills

Administrative Staff
Job Description:
• Handle general administrative duties
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents
• Maintain all insurance policies and serve as contact person with companies and brokers

Qualifications / Requirements:
Manage inventory and warehousing process control and support
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

HR Junior Manager
Experience Preferred: 3 years or more of experience with HR.
Primary Responsibilities
As part of the Ceragem HR team, support from the HR Operations Manager, including the following
Talent Acquisition: evaluate talent needs and ensure acceptable staffing levels (current and future). for interviewing and selection to ensure a consistent, high quality talent pipeline. Assist hiring managers with the effective use of selection processes, selection criteria and onboarding tools.
Talent Management: Ensure organizational talent is prepared to deliver exceptional performance, through partnership with business leaders and by building strong organizational capabilities and culture. Develop, implement, and manage organizational programs relative to employee development, retention, performance management, onboarding, career development, and succession planning, to ensure a talent pipeline that will successfully enable current strategies and future growth.
Additional Responsibilities
Administer pre-employment background screening and drug testing process in compliance with company requirements and applicable laws.
Use policy knowledge and judgement to conduct individualized assessments.
Administer the pre-employment process in a fair and equitable manner for all candidates.
Participate in the overall policy review process in partnership with Legal and other HR business teams.
