Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all areas of accounting  including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, banking reconciliations, payroll

• Prepare monthly J/E account analysis, forecast budgets and financial statement preparation

• Reporting to headquarter of daily journal, weekly cash report , monthly report, quarterly report

• GST filing of Canada sales tax return


​  Experince of 3~5 years of Accounting and/or Office Operation experience prefer.

• Proficient in verbal and writing communication skills

Administrative Staff

Job Description:
       ​   Handle general administrative duties

         Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents

       ​  Maintain all insurance policies and serve as contact person with companies and brokers

       ​  Maintain office equipment and order supplies

      ​  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:
      ​  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word process 

      ​  Must have good interpersonal and communication skills

      ​  Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 

Operation Associate Manager

Qualifications / Requirements: 

  • Manage inventory and warehousing process control and support 

  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

Technician Qualifications/Requirements

  • Follow directed route to insure on time arrival for the customer;

  • Use effective communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers;

  • Inspecting Ceragem massage bed equipment and repair the Ceragem product 

HR Junior Manager                      

Experience Preferred: 3 years or more of experience with HR.

Primary Responsibilities

As part of the Ceragem HR team, support from the HR Operations Manager, including the following

  • Talent Acquisition: evaluate talent needs and ensure acceptable staffing levels (current and future).   for interviewing and selection to ensure a consistent, high quality talent pipeline. Assist hiring managers with the effective use of selection processes, selection criteria and onboarding tools. 

  • Talent Management: Ensure organizational talent is prepared to deliver exceptional performance, through partnership with business leaders and by building strong organizational capabilities and culture. Develop, implement, and manage organizational programs relative to employee development, retention, performance management, onboarding, career development, and succession planning, to ensure a talent pipeline that will successfully enable current strategies and future growth.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Administer pre-employment background screening and drug testing process in compliance with company requirements and applicable laws.

  • Use policy knowledge and judgement to conduct individualized assessments.

  • Administer the pre-employment process in a fair and equitable manner for all candidates.

  • Participate in the overall policy review process in partnership with Legal and other HR business teams.

Marketing Manager & Staff (Full Time)

Job Description:
       ​   Be passionate about CERAGEM. Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of CERAGEM's products and brand image. 

           Plan, organize, assist, participate and conduct marketing activities

         Research ongoing projects for expansion

       ​  Familiar with marketing and sales (Preferred)

       ​  Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates.


Qualifications / Requirements:
      ​  English and Korean language proficiency preferred.

      ​  Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)

      ​  Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service. One or more years of customer-facing service and/or retail experience are preferred.

      ​  A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.

      ​  Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to demonstrate English language proficiency. Second language skills encouraged.
