Project Manager
Overview Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and control budget and construction schedule.
• Interface with clientele and attend weekly progress meetings.
• Prepare subcontractor buyouts.
• Prepare and review invoices.
• Review all project related documents and execute the project in compliance to the contract.
• Interface with Project Superintendents for scheduling and change order management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 plus years of experience as Project Manager.
• Create and update baseline construction schedule.
• Must travel.
• DoD work experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Superintendent
Overview Responsibilities:
• Manage the various construction sites.
• Manage subcontractors to meet the approved construction schedule.
• Perform quality control.
• Performa safety monitoring.
• Assist Project Managers as needed.
• Review construction schedules, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents to ensure
compliance to the contract.
• Assist Estimator in preparing bids.
• Interface with clientele and attend weekly progress meetings.
• Assist in subcontractor buyouts.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong construction knowledge a plus.
• Must travel.
• DoD work experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Estimator
Overview Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Managing bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Use bid data to prepare detailed cost analysis
• Analyze drawings and specifications
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience as a Estimator.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong computer skills

Accounts Payable
Overview Responsibilities:
• Customer and Vendor invoice entry on QuickBooks
• Subcontractor & Vendor Payments
• Filing and organizing the books
• Assist with payrolls
• Some administrative work
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must have experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and possess high level of accuracy
• Proficient in computer usage including QuickBooks and MS Office
• Proficient in English.
