landlord 쪽에서 퇴거소송을 한다는데, 제가 알기론 1년 이상 거주자에게는 최소 60일 notice 를 주는것으로 알고 있습니다만, 더 짧게 notice 를 줄수도 있는지 궁금합니다.
또한, eviction notice 기간동안 렌트비는 내야하는지요 ?
