법원에서 Notice of Unlawful Detainer 를 받았습니다.
오늘은 어떤 사람이 와서 두꺼운 서류를 주고 갔는데 Plaintiff Attorney 에서 주는거 같은데요..
노티스 종이에 보면 If you completed an application for government rental assistance on or before March 31, 2022, you may have protection against eviction. 이라고 써있었어요.
그래서 저는 작년 3월까지 지원해주는 아파트 렌트비를 정부가 다 지원을 했었기 때문에 eviction 보호를 받고있다고 생각했는데 오늘 저 두꺼운 서류들을 받고나니 당장 퇴거를 당하는건지, 어떻게 되는건지 모르겠어서 질문을 드립니다.
지금 제가 어떤 조치를 취해야하는게 맞는건가요?
