3월경에 프로리다에 사는 부동산 에이전트에게 $40 짜리 비지니스 카드를 디자인 해주었습니다 (저는 켈리포니아에 살고 있습니다)
소 금액이기에 따로 컨트렉트는 하지 않았지만 이메일을 통해서 디자인 컨펌과 돈을 주겠다는 말을 다음과 같이 듣고 invoice도 주었습니다 (일 진행 중의 모든 대화는 이메일로 기록이 되어있습니다)
"That is perfect. Love how simple it is. So, how much do I owe you? "
"Perfect. How can I pay you? "
지난 두달여간 여러 이메일과 전화를 하였지만 돈을 계속 보내만 주겠다고 하고 보내주지 않아서, 만약에 계속 무시할 경우 부동산 에이전트 왭사이트에서 찾은 office manager에게 연락을 하겠다고 하였더니 본인은 contract을 맺지 않았고 다른 사람에게 연락하면 본인의 변호사를 통해서 오히려 소송을 걸겠다고 합니다 (밑에 원본 이메일 추가하였습니다)
돈을 못받는 일이 있더라도 에이전트사에게 알리고 싶습니다.
원래 계획은 지금까지 이 분과 나눈 대화 내용 전체를 오피스 메니저에게 보내고 도움을 요청하고 싶은데, 문제의 소지가 있나요?
대화 내용을 공개하는것이 harassment로 소송당할수 있나요? 참고로 Coldwell banker 소속 realtor입니다

If i see any negative information on my website, coldwell banker 900+ website, from you or any more emails, or if my broker contact me about any of this or any agent speaks about this in my office, just like this one and the last multiple emails with no Contractual agreement, it will be forwarded directly to my Attorney. "
