As discussed during our 1 hour telephonic conference recently where I took the painstaking time to go over every aspect of the case and explained to you what we did and why we did what we did, as well as your options and the advantages and disadvantages. I also informed you the time sensitive deadlines with the Motion for Attorneys fees, which you asked not to do.
Please do as I instructed you to do. You must pay the process service company directly and you must pay your outstanding balance with us immediately. Each time you contact our office, we spend time to respond and we will continue to charge you per our retainer agreement.
Since it is clear you are using harassing tactics now. I will have my legal assistant Rene, deal with you. Please direct you inquires to him. Rene’s hourly rate is $125/hour where mine is $350/hour and Tim’s hourly rate is $175/hour. Thank you.
Please read my prior e-mails, the notes I ask you to take during our multiple telephonic conferences, and follow my instructions to avoid delays and unnecessary expense and frustrations to you. Thank you.
