지난주 한번 문의 드렸었는데요
아래 학교측에서 메일을 받는 내용 첨부합니다
그런데 2013년 12월13일에 종강이 되어 그 후 60일이면,
2014년 2월11일 까지인데, 학교담당자가 2월13일까지 미국에
머무를 수 있다고 해서요....그럼 62일 이거든요....
2월14일에 리포트를 쓴다고 하는건 60일이건 62일이건
2월13일까지는 불법체류가 아니라는 뜻인가요?
제가 2월 12일 까지는 미국에 꼭 있어야해서 다시 문의 드립니다
12일에 출국해도 하루라도 불법체류가 되지는 않은지요...?

Since the fall semester ended with graduation on December 13th, the end of the 60 days is February 13, 2014. If he is not transferred to another school, Immigration requires him and his entire family to leave the United States by February 13th. If you stay in the U.S. longer than that date, you will be here illegally.
I am required to submit a report to U.S. Immigration that he is not attending our school on February 14th.
