2010, 1에 approval notice을 받았습니다.
1) 저의 등록 번호를 입력하니 post decision activity랍니다. 그러면 그냥 기다리면 됩니까?
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
2) Processing time 에 입력하니
41 .5 month 라고 나옵닏다. 이 기간은 무엇을 의미하는지요?
그런데 시민권자 자녀로 입력하니 45.7month 라고 나옵니다. 그러면, 영주권자 자녀가 더 빨리 나오다는 것입니까? 그러면 저의 어머님이 시민권을 신청하지 않는 것이 더 빨리 제가 영주권을 받을 수 있는지요?
