제가 작년 11월 말로 H1B로 다니던 회사를 그만두었습니다. 그리고 I-797의 종료일자는 2017년까지이구요. 이민국 웹페이지에서 제 receipt number 로 조회를 해보니 12월 말에 revoke of approval notice를 보냈다고 나오던데 12월 말이 제 unlawful presence 가 시작되는 시점인가요 ?
