안녕하세요
취업영주권으로 EAD card 를 받앗는데, 학생신분을 유지하면서 워크퍼밋을 사용하여 일을할수는 없는지요?
여러 변호사님들이 EAD card를 쓰게되면 학생 visa 가 terminated 된다고 말씀하셔서요..
가능하다는 변호사님들도 여럿 있구요..
지금학생이고 카드를 사용해서 일을 해야할것같은데.어떻게해야하면 좋을지 답변 부탁드립니다
