회사 offer letter에
The compensation package offered is as follows:
$120,000 Base Annual Salary – Paid semi-monthly
Sponsorship throughout the Green Card application process
Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonus compensation
Eligible for company contribution to family health insurance
Eligible to participate in the company’s 401K program
위에처럼 내용이 있고 영주권을 스폰서 해줄거라는 내용도 포함되어있는데 혹시 저게 문제가 되진 않을까요?
만약 문제가 된다하면.. 어떻게 해야할가요? 영주권 스폰서를 해준다고 회사에서 했고 오퍼레터에 포함되어있는데.. 내용을 뺄수는없고 이미 사인한 오퍼레터라서요 ㅠ
