Legal name부분이 헷갈려 문의드립니다.
"Your current legal name is the name on your birth certificate, unless it changed after birth by a legal action such as marriage or court order"
한국여권에는 원래 제 last name이고 영주권이나 소셜, driver's license에는 남편 last name으로 되어있는데 어떤걸로 써야 할까요? 결혼은 한국에서 했고 남편과 저는 영주권을 받은 후에 미국에 왔습니다.
어떤 이름을 쓰던 다음 문항에 있는 질문에 Yes를 하고 다른 성의 이름을 써야 할까요?
만약 Yes를 한다면 evidence서류 upload는 어떤걸 해야 할까요
