살다가 이사가면 주인이 당연히 페인트와 청소는 해야하고
그건 입주자 tenant 의 charge 가 아님니다.
small claims 에 가면 이길수 있고, 매니저 이름을 알면 더 유리 합니다.
계약서도 안보여주고, 입주도 안했는데,
보증금 미리 받아서 안돌려주는건 불법이고, 사기 입니다.
