You are making a good point and they should pay close attention as to what you are suggesting and recommending. However, let's not forget that news is news to every media and every concerned reader and listener. As such, only because that other media show or cover the same news stories as Radio Korea, that does not always mean that Radio Korea copied or pasted. That is true to other media, not just Radio Korea.
One more thing to add; even if it is the same story that one has already been exposed like yourself, for example, here they provide in Korean and I am sure many Korean American readers who are not fluent in English would benefit from such service. Small flaw, but providing a bigger benefit would be all worth it.
