Access Services is committed to helping our riders get vaccinated against COVID-19. Along with our partners at the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, and Federal Emergency Management Agency, Access has worked to implement ADA paratransit service to drive-thru Medical Points of Dispensing (MPODs) across Los Angeles County.
Beginning February 22, 2021, Access riders can book next-day trips to COVID-19 vaccination appointments at the following drive-thru vaccination sites:

Access riders should make sure they have a drive-thru vaccination appointment before booking their Access trips. Riders can call 626.532.1616, select the preferred language, and select option 2 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm to book a reservation for an Access trip to a drive-thru vaccination site. Drive-thru vaccination trips are limited to pick-up locations within 20 miles of each vaccination site. Regular fare applies for vaccination trips.
Riders who book a trip to a drive-thru vaccination site will not need to get out of the vehicle to get a vaccination. The same vehicle and driver will be assigned to the entire trip, and enough time will be built into the schedule for the post-vaccination observation period. After the observation period, the driver will complete the return trip.
Riders can visit VaccinateLACounty.com for more information about when and where they can be vaccinated. Riders without computer access can also call 833.540.0473 to make a vaccination appointment.
