Responsibilities
Prepare pre-event financial forecasts. Compare forecasts with actual results and investigate discrepancies.
Lead conference calls to review event profitability
Prepare sales reports
Maintain purchasing card logs
Perform safe counts
Distribute A/R aging reports and perform follow up to help determine proper collection course of action
Perform audit of unit locations financial activities
Monitor and assist with bank account reconciliations
Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
High degree of interpersonal skills. Proven ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible and persuasive.
Well organized and comfortable with multi-tasking to meet deliverable deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency with Excel and quick adaptability to learning new software applications.
Two years of related accounting/analyst experience preferred.
