Job Description:
Serves as the Deputy Division Chief (DDC)over a cluster of Workforce Services(WS)Offices and One-Stop Centers in LA County. The DDC provides leadership by modeling the mission, vision, and values of the Department and the Branch in everyday interactions with staff and internal and external customers. The DDC is responsible for the implementation and administration of consistent Regional policy as it pertains to statewide WS and Employment and Training programs, makes recommendations to the Division Chief for the modification of programs, goals, procedures, budgeting and staffing through analysis of the region's environment based on data driven information.
