Job Description: The Santa Ana Field Office is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic and independent team player with a friendly and professional attitude for customer service. Incumbent must independently process vehicle registration, driver license and occupational license applications with the highest level of expertise, including review of possible fraudulent documents. Accurately processes the most complex transactions, such as, lien sales, revived salvage, driver license reinstatements after suspension or revocation, commercial licenses with certificates and adding or removing court restrictions. Resolves issues and tactfully mediates complaints from customers. Other duties as assigned. Desirable skills include problem analysis/resolution, ability to perform complex technical work, mathematical/cashiering skills, knowledge of, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Orchestra, & acts independently. Saturday and/or extended office hours may be required.
