We have care coordinator nurse positions available in a variety of specialties here at City of Hope (Urology, Head & Neck, GI/Colorectal, Thoracic, Neurology, Breast/GYN and Melanoma/Sarcoma). Positions are full-time days Monday Friday. City of Hope strongly supports promoting internals within.
The care coordinator nurses role is to function as a consistent and primary contact for the patients and their families as they enter the often complex cancer care system. The care coordinator nurse assists in coordination of care across the continuum for a designated patient population and provides guidance as patients transition from one therapy to another.
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
B.S.N. required. M.S.N. preferred.
