현재 유효한 H-1B 소지자입니다.
곧 I-140와 I-485 신청할 예정인데 한국에 갈 계획이 잡혀 출국 전에 I-140, I-485, 그리고 I-765만 신청하고 한국에서 돌아온 후에 I-131를 신청할 생각입니다. 그렇게 진행해도 미국에 돌아올 때 불이익이 생기거나 영주권 거절이 될 가능성은 없는지요?
