  새로 발표된 Public Charge 관련 Proposed rule에 의하면 아래 내용에 해당하는 의료혜택을 받으신 경우 Public Charge에 해당하는 Public benefits를 받은 것으로 고려될수 있습니다.  참고로, Public Charge로 인정되는 경우 영주권 기각사유가 될수 있습니다.
