Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the logistics process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and planning of inventory needs
- Implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee warehouse management activities, including stock control, cycle counting, and order fulfillment
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for pricing and delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods

Qualifications:

Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the assignment and execution of deliverables being produced by the Graphic Designers, Videographer, and Marketing Coordinator.
Monitor the status of all activities, projects, and initiatives that are in progress.
Research current marketing and advertising trends, with a focus on Social Media marketing (Instagram and TikTok in particular), ice cream, soft serve, and food/beverages at large.
Take ownership of our social media channels and oversee the scheduling of posts.(with the marketing coordinator)
Analyze results, prepare report and work with Marketing General Manager to generate strategy for social media best practices
Maintain and follow our content calendar to organize campaigns and help facilitate the work of the team
Maintain direct connection with other company departments (Operations, Franchise Support, HR, Accounting, IT), and addresses intra-company Marketing related requests (urgent store signage, ad hoc social media posts).
Skills & Requirements:
More than 3 years of Dept. Office Manager experience in a Marketing agency.
Strong in marketing planning
Strong in analysis.
Strong communication skills (oral and writing) in English
Strong work ethic, with the ability to motivate team members

Marketing Coordinator
Serve as point person for communications between the US / Philippines Marketing Team.
Provide the smooth transfer of direction, input and feedback between SomiSomi and Partners.
Provide summaries and reports to the Marketing/Branding General Manager and Marketing Manager of all communications with all followers, partnerships, campaigns, and events.
Attend Marketing Team meetings and maintain minutes of said meetings on behalf of the Marketing Manager.
Assist with maintaining communications with other company departments (Operations, Franchise Support, HR, Accounting, IT), and help the team address any intra-company Marketing related requests (urgent store signage, ad hoc social media posts).

Responsibilities:
As an R&D Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation within our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting research to identify new technologies, trends, and advancements relevant to our industry
Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and develop new products or processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D findings into existing projects

As the Operations General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of SomiSomi locations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
Collaborating with franchisees and store managers to ensure adherence to brand standards
Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue growth
Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team
Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards across all locations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement
Experience in franchise operations is a plus

Salary $70,000+
