MEDICAL OFFICE KOREAN SPEAKING FRONT STAFF (must be fluent in English & Korean) (IRVINE)
About the role:
We are looking for a new front office staff member to join a well established, solo internal medicine doctor's office in Irvine. We are looking to fill a full-time or part-time position, working 20-40 hours per week. Responsibilities will include: scheduling appointments, answering patient calls and often handling multiple phone lines, verifying insurance eligibility, as well as checking in/out patients.
About our office:
Currently we have 6 full-time staff and 2 nurse practitioners. After reaching an eligibility period, we offer benefits such as paid vacation and retirement plan. You will be joining a well-respected practice with a lively office culture.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are organized and detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
- Are able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Are fluent in English and Korean
