안녕하세요.
UI 신청 후 오랜기다림 후에 Accout 번호 와 함께 claim 접수했다는 편지를 받았는데 SSN이 잘못 되어있어 SS 카드 Copy 첨부하여 수정요청 편지와 이메일 로도 정정요청 했는데 10일 지난 현재 무소식 입니다.
A/C log in 하면 에러 가 나와고 EDD편지에 있는 잘못된 SSN 입력하면 log in 됨. 잘못된 번호로 A/C Registration -certify of benefit 을 진행해야 할지 EDD record 수정 을 기다려야 할지 모르겠어요. 도움을 부탁드립니다.
