안녕하세요
늘 좋은 글 잘보고 있습니다.
korea town 하우스 뒷채에 지어진 duplex 에 살고있는데 앞집인 주인집은 1910 쯤이고 뒷채는 10 년 전쯤 지은걸로 아는데 rent control 에 해당되나요? 집 주소는 다 하나로 되있구요.
