안녕하세요. 올해 말 즈음에 5-600k 정도 하는 타운 하우스 구매 하고 싶은데 변호사 의사같은 전문직이면 다운페이가 조금이어도 괜찮나요? 얼마나 다운페이를 모아야 할까요? 그리고 interest rate이 얼마나 될까요?
그리고 부부 소득이 어느정도 이상 되어야 하나요?
첫 집이라 아는 것들이 많이 없네요.
