안녕하세요. 오십만불짜리 지금 짓고 있는 타운홈을 30%다운하고 사려고 하는데 제 경우에 세금보고때문에 stated income 융자로만 집을 살수 있는거로 알고 있는데 요즘 융자률이 얼마인지 알고 싶습니다.
