저는 산타바바라 카운티에서 스몰 비지니스를 하며 작년에 인컴이 60000불 정도 였는데 100000불 정도 다운하고 집을 구매하고 싶은데 이곳 집 값이 너무 비싸 LA이나 다른 곳에 투자용 으로 사고 싶은데 그렇게 해도 첫 집 장만 혜택이 있는지 직접 살지 않으면 세금보고해 불이익 당하지는 않는지요?
