카카오톡이 안됩니다

정말로 아무 것도안했는데
아침에 갑자기 카카오톡으로 메세지가 안보내 집니다
전화기다 두대 있는데 두대다 완전 같은 문제입니다.

엡도 지웠다 새 버젼으로 다시 깔고,
전화기도 바꿔보고
그래도 똑같습니다

- 메세지가 안보내 집니다
-사진도 받을수가 없습니다
- 하지만 WIFI network 에서는 모든것이 정상적으로 작동합니다

혹시 해결책을 아시는분 연락주시면 감사하겠습니다

    안 되어서 전화기 새로 하셨다는 댓글 보고, 염려되어 한 말씀 남깁니다.
    카카오톡이 안되는 것은 전화기 기계의 문제가 아닙니다. OS 나 다른 어플과의 문제, 혹은
    카카오톡 프로그램의 오류로 안되는 일이 생기는 것입니다. 전화기를 바꾸실 필요가 없습니다.
    일단 여러 방법을 시도 해 보시고도 안되면 전화기를 Factory Reset(처음 구입할 때의 상태)을 하시고
    카카오톡 부터 설치하시면 문제가 해결 되실 겁니다.
    다른 분들도 카카오 톡이 안되면 전화기를 바꾸는 것이 해결책으로 생각하실까 하여 댓글 남깁니다.

    저도 안돼요..갑자기..남편것도..집밖을 나가면 될까요..통신 문제인지..위친지 속상해요..한국하고 연락해야 하는데..왜 갑자기 이틀정도서 부터..reset 말고는 없나요?

    설정 에 가셔서 카카오톡 클릭
    설정에서 셀룰러 가서 켜놓고  밑으로 내려가면 카카오톡을  켜놓고 사파리 safari 켜놓으셔야 해요. 설정도요 아마 옵션  이라고 영어로 그리고 카톡 들어가실때 안될때 왜 안되는지 알려주고, 어떻개 하라고 또 알려주는데요.
    설정에 카카오톡, 카메라, 연락처 마이크 켜놓으세요

    Tmobile 문제 일까요?  티모빌+ 안드로이드가 문제인가요? 버라이존+아이폰은 문제없는가 봅니다.

    카톡 안되는 문제는 티모빌 APN 설정때문에 그렇습니다. 여기 보시고 설정 바꾸시면 잘 됩니다.
    Android APN settings
     1.Open the Access Point Names or APNs menu.1.In Settings, look under Wireless & Networks or tap the Connections tab.
     2.Touch Mobile network. You may need to touch More settings, More..., or More networks first.
     3.Touch Access Point Names.

     2.Touch the T-Mobile APN if one is available. If not, press the Menu key and touch new APN.
     3.Verify and update the following settings for the Data APN.
