* Market Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from customer reviews and sales data to refine designs and improve product offerings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product development and launches.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
** Experience (5+ years) in women's fashion design, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
** Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
** Strong communication and teamwork skills
