**DESIGNER**
- Design Conceptualization: Lead the creative process by developing innovative and trendsetting designs that align with the brand's vision and resonate with our target audience.
* Trend Forecasting: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, consumer behaviors, and market competition to guide design decisions effectively.
* Sketching and Rendering: Create detailed sketches, digital renderings, and mood boards to visually communicate design concepts.
* Fabric and Material Selection: Collaborate with the team to source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for garments.
* Prototype Development: Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, ensuring designs are faithfully translated into physical garments.
* Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the quality control team to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
* Market Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from customer reviews and sales data to refine designs and improve product offerings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product development and launches.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
** Experience (5+ years) in women's fashion design, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
** Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
** Strong communication and teamwork skills
