## Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Show Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience in the wholesale women’s fashion industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with buyers. You’ll be responsible for driving sales both at tradeshows and within company accounts, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order to delivery.
## Key Responsibilities
* Travel to and participate in major tradeshows and showroom events (Las Vegas, New York, Dallas, Nashville, etc.)
* Prepare and organize all tradeshow logistics, including booth setup, sample preparation, and breakdown
* Open and maintain new accounts; process and follow up on purchase orders (POs) with buyers
* Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
* Handle show order processing, follow-up, and customer service
* Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, ensuring timely responses to all correspondence
* Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, and Shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Maintain detailed and organized sales records
* Contribute positively to team culture and support business growth initiatives
## Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale women’s apparel show and/or tradeshow sales (preferred)
* Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts; existing sales relationships preferred
* Experience with N41 ERP system (preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency
* Team-oriented and dependable, with a positive and professional attitude
* Must be eligible and available to travel for out-of-state shows and meetings
