Office Admin Support Assistant – Administrative Operations Support - No Experience Needed, 20s Welcome!

Company Overview
-iCarCover is a fast-growing eCommerce company that sells premium-quality car covers and automotive protection products directly to customers across the United States under the brand Coverland.com.

We are seeking an Office Admin Support Assistant who will help drive organizational efficiency
and operational excellence as our company continues to grow.

This role is primarily focused on HR and administrative support, working closely with the Logistics
and Accounting teams to ensure smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Support
-Post job openings, organize resumes, and coordinate interview schedules
-Assist with onboarding/offboarding and employee documentation
-Support attendance and time-tracking management
-Maintain employee lists, org charts, and HR-related data
-Help with internal communications, company announcements, and employee engagement initiatives

Administrative & Operations Support
-Assist with accounting documentation and expense tracking (receipts, invoices, etc.)
-Coordinate schedules and documentation with logistics and warehouse teams
-Support office operations such as event planning, supply purchasing, and snack inventory
-Prepare and manage internal documents to facilitate cross-department communication

Qualifications
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Basic understanding or prior collaboration experience in eCommerce or logistics operations preferred
-Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Detail-oriented and responsible in handling confidential information

Work Conditions
-Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and skills
