???? Work Requirement: Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, cut, and fillet various types of fish
Make nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and special sushi items
Check ingredient freshness and assist with ordering
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Safely handle sushi tools and equipment
Collaborate with the team and contribute to menu development
Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH teams
Qualifications:
Experienced Sushi Chef
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Excellent knife skills and sushi-making techniques
Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to lift up to 30 lbs (approx. 14 kg)
Must handle knives and kitchen tools safely
