Production Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Information
Department: Production
Supervisor Title: Plant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: M ~ F, 8 hours/day
Work Location: In-Office
Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Duties (Essential Duties)
Data entry & reporting
Accurately enter and maintain production-related data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity
and completeness.
Update and track production schedules, inventory levels, and other related data in Sage ERP Mas.
Generate production reports, inventory reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as required by
management.
Assist in tracking and documenting inventory movement and production progress.
Communicate with production team members to monitor production workflow and inventory.
Secondary Duties
Occasionally help on the production line during busy periods or when additional labor is needed to
meet production targets.
May be assigned additional tasks as needed to support general accounting and administrative duties
for the plant.
Work Setting

95% in-office, 5% on the production floor.
May be required to work in environments with strong odors or smells typical of a meat packing facility.
Qualifications
---------------------------------
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, ideally within a production, manufacturing, or supply chain
environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Sage ERP Mas or any ERP systems is a plus.
Experience working in a production environment is beneficial, but not required.
Fluency in English is required, bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
Salary Range: $18/hr to $22/hr depending on experience
